Login to Our Member Management Platform (Optix)
New User
- If you spoke with one of our Community managersy, check your email (Spam, too) for an invitation from Optix to join our booking platform, create a username and password
- Didn't get an email? Visit https://westhartfordcoworking.optixapp.com/signup/ to get started
- Select Passes or Plans for purchase! Or, skip for now and browse options before deciding.
Current Members
- Sign in to existing Optix account at https://login.optixapp.com/login and/or download the Optix app from GOOGLE or APPLE
- All your billing, plans, passes and remaining allowances can be managed on our Optix platform! But, as always, please email team@wehaworks.com for assistance.
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot PW" and create a new one
- Check email for password reset link
Printing Instructions
- Log in to Wi-Fi on-site
- Search for local printers
- Color Printing: HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f-9f
- Black & White: Brother HL-L5200DW series
- Click on Printer Name
- Click Print

- Mail pick up is available M-F 9am - 4pm
- Advanced scheduling is not mandatory but greatly appreciated!
Cancelation Policy + Instructions
Meeting Room + Day Passes
Upon purchase of Meeting Room Time or Day Passes there will be *NO REFUND* granted. Any cancelation of time, will result in the original booking time being rolled over to next date and time preferred.
* 10 + 20 day passes EXPIRE 6 months after purchase date
* For expiration dates on single day passes and specials on day passes, please review description upon booking
*Please contact team@wehaworks.com to cancel your booking 48 hours in advance*
